Its amazing that in a country obsessed with cleanliness and germs, we in the UK still assume that a quick rinse under cold water is sufficient to clean our foods before eating. Or perhaps they mean organic in the organic chemistry sense - meaning that the chemicals are made from carbon atoms. Soap products have been safely used by humans for thousands of years - detergents for less than a hundred. Which would you prefer?

Knotz Organics Fruit'N Veggie Wash can be used a number of ways. For convenience just spray and rinse. Apply directly to foods and rinse. Apply to a brush - scrub and rinse. Add to a container of water for root crops and larger volumes. Add just enough Knotz Fruit'N Veggie Wash to the water to work up a hint of foam. Don't worry about using too much, actual percentage required will vary with the temperature and hardness of your water.
